- www.ealingaltogether.com is a website maintained by Ealing Council
- By sharing any contribution (including any photographs, graphics, video, audio or text) with Ealing Council (the Council) you agree to grant to the Council free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for display and editorial reasons) on any websites maintained by the Council or for publication in print in any media produced by the Council. In certain circumstance the Council may also share your contribution with third parties.
- Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.
- In order to participate in and contribute to www.ealingaltogether.com you may be required to register an email address and / or other contact details.
- In order that the Council can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give the Council permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.
- You agree to use www.ealingaltogether.com in accordance with the following rules relating to posts No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable. No advertising or promoting. Where these are required, inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names will not be permitted . Listing URLs (web site addresses) in posted content may not be permitted – the web editor will decide whether any given URL may be posted.
- The Council may use your name with your contribution, unless you request otherwise, but this is not always possible and so cannot be guaranteed. The Council may need to contact you for administrative or verification purposes in relation to your contribution, or in relation to particular projects. You will only be contacted via any contact details that you may have supplied at the time of providing the contribution.
- If you do not want to grant the Council the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit or share your contribution to or with www.ealingaltogether.com
